Overview

Exploring Paths(TM) Exercise Matinal Quotidien Journal de Gratitude Défi de 30 Jours! Pour Les Enfants is our French 30 Day Challenge Journal for Ages 10-13. Entirely in French, this gratitude journal is great for native speakers, those learning to speak French, and those wanting to practice while building the healthy habit of gratitude.

About the Author

Katherine Elizabeth Long draws on her over 19 years as a tech exec. She is an author and the founder of the Exploring Paths® program in NYC and the Exploring Paths™ Web and mobile application for explorers, destinations, and subject matter experts alike. Originally from Del Rio, Texas, she spent summers in Southern Louisiana and New Orleans, has lived and studied throughout the US and Europe, and has traveled the world for work and fun. Her parents instilled gratitude and goal-setting practices in her and her brother at a young age, and it is those practices that set them up for success.

She instills those same practices in students today through her program, applications, & workbooks. Katherine holds a BA from Texas Christian University and an MSc from the London School of Economics; serves as Board Chair for the Chinatown YMCA, has held several board positions, has worked with youth for over 20 years, and has won multiple awards for her efforts with Exploring Paths, including NY'1's New Yorker of the Week & Friend of Marimekko for Int'l Women's Day. Joëlle Savage (Translator): Currently living and working in New York City in the banking industry, Joëlle Savage has worked her way up the professional ladder, one goal at a time. She now acts as a mentor to introduce this practice to the younger generation as they enter the workforce. Thanks to parents who always encouraged her to set goals and put in the effort to achieve them, Joëlle developed this habit that serves her constantly in her professional and personal life. Joëlle applies the practice of gratitude on a daily basis, which allows her to appreciate the finer things in life, and which has helped her through more difficult times. Joëlle frequently visits her family in Montreal, where she grew up.
