About The Poet I am a woman who has experienced a lot of things in life and there were some lessons to be learned along the way. I just thank God, family and friends for their encouraging words of strength and wisdom. Now I am a mother and grandmother who try to inspire my children and grandson to be all they can be as long as they put God first and everything else will fall into place. The motivation and inspiration that continues me to write is God, my children, friends and one special person who showed me that I am a woman with potential as well as purpose and his name is Rudy Burdett. He has been wonderful in helping me put this all together and I just want to say thank you. Writing these poems gives me the opportunity to express my inner most thoughts and feelings about life and the situations we as Gods children experience in our day to day struggles in this world.
