    Makes it easy to heal

    This book is so good. Makes a breakup easier to deal with by making us see it as an opportunity to grow. The simple method F.A.S.T. creates a way for us to see healing as series of steps that we can do and master. Why not make things easier? As it is we tend to complicate things so much that breakup pain can last for years. Easy is good. FAST is great.

    I started skeptical but ended convinced

    The method presented in this book really helped me, after my divorce. Initially I didn't think that the book could help me much, but I liked the title and the idea of simplicity. At the end of chapter 3 I was convinced this book was going to change my life, and it did. So, I decided to write this review, because I am convinced by the F.A.S.T. method.

    Outstanding Self-Help Book

    In this book you will find all you need for a do it yourself breakup recovery. The language is simple enough for anyone to understand and relate. The exercises are easy and self-explanatory. There are also affirmations that help reinforce some concepts. The author's tone is warm, direct and to the point. This book is outstanding.

    A must for anyone wanting to move on

    Great bpook. It has all the elements you need to see the breakup as an opportunity to grow and to apply it into your life. I Love this book and recommend it to all.

    The Best Book To Heal From a Breakup

    This book is really excellent. After having an awful breakup, I read many books, but by far this was the only one that helped me get through the whole healing and see the light again. I recommend it to anoyne who doesn't want to waste any more time suffering. The author's style is easy and simple, but deep and empowering as well. Great book.

    One of a kind book for getting on with your life

    Extreme Breakup Recovery is really extreme when it comes to healing. This books helps you face what you need to face and see the lessons from your past relationship(s). It has many self-discovery exercises, easy to read and follow.
