    I Also Recommend:

    The WORD from THE MAN

A definitive text about beer by the man who knows too much about the subject. His opinions about individual beers are just that but his teachings about beer in general are important to the enjoyment of the most tasty and varied beverage on the planet.

    Fascinating

Jackson did a great job at presenting a high-class book on the ancient beverage of the world, beer. He goes in depth for each beer he highlights, giving how it tastes, the flavors that are found, as well as histories of the breweries that make these beers possible. I make homemade beer bread and this book has come in handy when searching for beers to use.
