Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
"Well printed at an adequate size to reveal the details, [the photographs] are a sure-fire inspiration for models of spectacular Sabres from this rather overlooked conflict... Osprey's book is excellent value for money and deserves a place on the shelves of anyone interested in early jet combat." -Rowan Baylis, AeroScale

"[An] account of [the F-86's] operations in the Korean conflict with the 51st Fighter Wing is an essential for any student of air warfare." -Scott Van Aken, modelingmadness.com

Recommended. Good information on the History of the 51st Fighter Wing in Korea

This book is only about the 51st FW in Korea from its conversion from the F-80C to the F-86E/F. Very good information on what made the Sabre units so successful. I learned a lot about our Air Force durring the Korean War.

Great add-on for a aviation tycoon library!

Good gathering of picture and profiles. These small books are of a great collection. Sadly enough, these starts to get only available on NOOK as the paper copies run out of stock....
