This is my absolute favorite of the low carb cookbooks and I have quite a few of them. The recipes are easy to make and delicious. The servings sizes are large, so you might eat even less carbs than those listed in the recipes. Even my metabolically gifted friends love the low carb dishes. So far I've tried the following recipes and every one was a winner: New England Clam Chowder, Pork Chops and Sauerkraut, Cheesecake, Mocha pie, Key Lime pie, Baked Cauliflower & Cheese, Quesadilla (I'm surprised I didn't think of this one), Green bean pie, Salmon pie, Creamy tuna over broccoli (be sure to cut the broccoli small for this one), and Beef Paprikash. There's plenty of variety and the meals aren't budget busters either.
