Face the Fact You Are A Facebook Dummy

Okay, so I'm a dummy. I had been wondering what all this Facebook stuff was all about, so I thought I'd better find out.
It seemed a good enough idea to trust in a couple with expertise and that's what Leah Pearlman and Carolyn Abram provide in their immensely detailed "Facebook for Dummies".
In simple language and a contagious sense of humor, these two Facebook Product Managers explain the finer points of the value of Facebook, the social networking website.
You can work through the book right from the start with step-by-step stages.
In "Getting Started with Facebook", they explain how Facebook isn't about how many friends you have , but how it can become a business promotion, advertising, an organizational tool to plan events and join groups, networking and a whole host of other uses ,that you probably didn't realize is on offer
So, it 's not just about somebody sharing with the world "just had a hotdog"!
Facebook for Dummies is interesting, funny and essential for those who want to maximize their use of Facebook.

Used this 'dummies' book for the applications. Found this book helpful

The only comment I have is that Facebook does not have real comprehensive guidelines for newbe face users. This dummie book helps BUT will still need 'decoding', reading from other sources and help from someone.

On the good side at least you will sound like you know what you want...it is only a few months since publish dates and the newest face out in the paperworld.
