This book offers so many ideas on how to be of assistance to anyone going through the cancer journey. I keep several copies on hand and pass them out to loved ones of cancer patients. My husband is a lung cancer survivor so I understand the pain of the journey and how much it means to have (and be) caring support. I highly recommend it.
I found this book especially exceptional with my family and friends. The word cancer is a panic word and family and friends feel helpless. They want to help but many times they don't know how. This book is simple, easy to read and useful for helping and understanding cancer especially for new cancer patients and families
This book really didn't tell me anything that I am not already doing on my own, thus far. Somewhat disappointed.
