This was my first Julie Carobini novel, and I was quickly caught

This was my first Julie Carobini novel, and I was quickly caught up in the story. Nothing is heavy handed here--not the good guys,
the bad guys, the romance, or the elements of faith. Even the thread of danger was something many of us women have experienced
in some fashion or another. So Suz's experiences felt believable and relatable. Her decisions, both wise and ill-advised, were
familiar to this reader. I would recommend this book to teens and up.

    Great summer romance

Fade to Blue is a perfect beach read, enjoyable romance, great characters, a delightful story about Seth and Suz who haven't seen each other in five years and are brought together again while trying to put the pieces of their lives back together. Suz is in the midst of a divorce and has a young son, she has so many hurts to deal with from the past. Seth tries to help but his being there only makes matters worse... at first.

I like the way Julie makes the characters come alive, I got so involved in this fabulous story I missed a few hours sleep! I give it 4.5 stars.

I received an e-copy of this book free from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
