    Suspenseful and Mysterious

Enjoyed this book! A refreshing storyline that kept my interest. Very descriptive scenes, to the point I had to not read it at night before bed or I couldn't sleep. The author does a great job of describing the scenes and situations with enough detail you understand what's going on without being gruesome and over the top. This would make a great movie!

Highly Recommended - you must check it out!

Jonathan Weyer trespassed onto sacred ground. He wrote a horror story with an all Christian cast. Yes, that means Christians as the good guys and Christians as the bad. Life gets far from ordinary for assistant pastor Aidan Sheaffer. The supernatural, you know, the kind of supernatural not told from the pulpit, but the kind you whispered from bunk to bunk at church camp...the supernatural invades Aidens' life. From there the book is a fast-paced, page turner, full of twists and turns and unexpected outcomes. Definately a great read!

A destined for Hollywood, silver screen chiller!

RUN; don't walk, to buy "The Faithful"! Jonathan Weyer is a highly intelligent writer who knows how to spin a story that gets under your skin. It has been a very long time since an author of his caliber has come along. Not only does he breathe life into the pages of his work, he is a master at doing so. If you enjoy the supernatural with a little horror thrown in for good measure, high stakes, the ultimate in good vs. evil, riveting characters that harbor dark secrets and atmosphere that seeps off the pages, you absolutely WILL NOT find a better read than "The Faithful". The story, with its sharp imagery, plays out like a movie as you are compelled to quickly turn the pages and not put the book down. This is a Hollywood property if I've ever seen one, and in my line of work I have seen thousands. I look forward to all future works by this very talented new author, who knows how to deliver a uniquely, chilling read!

    Read This Book!!

The Faithful is what I would call a "must read" if you have any affection what-so-ever for the supernatural, being all chill-bumpy and jumpy even in the daylight, and murder mysteries. This book will give you all that and more. Weyer gives his characters depth, makes them very believable and makes you want to know them better. From cover to cover I was intrigued and had a lot of trouble putting the book down to attend to my duties as wife, mother and home-school teacher.

By halfway through the book I was useless until it was done. I could not read it in a room alone...and I couldn't put it down! I've heard it belongs in the category of Christian Horror and I think that covers it well. The Faithful will not only have you jumping at every sound but it will challenge you to consider that things are not always as they seem. I enjoyed this book more than most fiction I've read in the past year or two and would liken Weyer's style to "a funnier Stephen King".

Definitely hunt it down and buy it...you will not regret it!
