All Music Guide - James Christopher Monger
Award-winning praise and worship leader Byron Cage recorded 2009's Faithful to Believe at Second Ebenezer church in his native Detroit. The former music director for the city's Greater Grace Temple, Byron was joined by special guests Tye Tribbett, Karen Clark-Sheard and Marvin L. Winans, as well as a top notch group of Detroit area choir members and instrumentalists. Longtime fans of Byron's spirited blend of high energy gospel jams and soaring, emotive balladry will not be disappointed.

    Inspiring, uplifting and rejoicing

Byron Cage is a professional, but humble christian, a devoted gospel singer. I have followed his ministry for quite some time, his songs are inspiring and uplifting. Mr. Cage and his backup singers are anointed with the Holy Spirit to exalt and glorify Jesus' name. I can perceive that Mr. Cage understands that we can get more from God by praising His Holy Name, thus drawing people to God's presence and putting us in a better position to talk to God openly.
