Fall

In a small town in south-central Louisiana, Elizabeth Leblanc, a young stable hand, lived a fairly typical, slow paced, country life. Still dealing with the sudden and recent loss of her parents, she moved onto the family property with hopes of renovating an old house left there by her late family. Elizabeth’s hopes for a simple life would be put on hold however when a handsome stranger moves to town and turns everything upside down. He confesses to being the demon known as Belial and Elizabeth is soon thrown into the middle of an otherworldly feud that has been going on for millennia. Skeptical at first, she only begins to believe the demon’s story after she is attacked in her home by an angel.

After meeting Raguel, an archangel of Heaven, she learns he is in charge of keeping peace in heavenly realm and was sent to investigate the attacks against her. He claims that the angel hierarchy has not given any orders to attack, but the demons are skeptical and Elizabeth soon finds herself with two unwanted house guests.

With her life in danger she has to decide to who to trust, the demons of Hell or the angels of Heaven?

About the Author

Danielle Broussard was born in Houma, Louisiana to a loving and supporting family. After moving to Texas for a short stent, she moved back to Louisiana when she was still young and has spent most of her life there.

Sports and art defined most of her childhood. She played basketball for several years and also ran cross-country and track. A self-proclaimed jock, she hated reading and avoided it at all costs and spent most of her time either outside playing sports or watching anime.

For college she attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Studies.
