Overview

THINGS JUST GOT REALER.

Justin has just barely caught his breath after surviving an encounter with the most notorious assassin in the Overworld, hellhounds, and his father's demon spawn relatives, when the universe throws him another curve ball. An attack by gray men sends him to Thunder Rock, a dreaded place where Elyssa's father, Thomas Borathen, and a host of Templars were ambushed by demon spawn nearly twenty years ago. Because of this, Thomas despises spawn and hates Justin.

Despite Foreseeance 4311 which predicts Justin may be the only thing standing between the world and a cataclysm, major family issues, and a pair of angels who each want him to join their side of the conflict, Justin realizes he may be able to gain something even more important than world peace: the approval of Elyssa's father. But first, he'll have to find the culprit responsible for the ambush and bring him to Templar justice.

Trying to escape Thunder Rock, Justin is hurtled through an Obsidian Arch and ends up in Colombia. Elyssa is captured by her father, who's determined to make her take the White, a Templar ritual which will erase all her memories of Justin. Death cannot stop true love. But a mind wipe probably will.

Thousands of miles from home with destiny breathing down his neck, Justin has to solve a mystery older than he is, overcome new enemies, and make a citizen's arrest on the crazy mofo behind the insanity so he can save Elyssa and gain acceptance from her family.

Because true love is totally worth it.

Editorial Reviews

http://darkobsessionchronicles.blogspot.com/ - Alana Rock
There's no time for smelling the supernatural roses when you are on the run from every supernatural creature in the book and maybe even destiny itself. It's always a pleasure to see more of Justin as he further leaves his humble role playing, man-boobs origins behind and takes more steps into his power.

Meet the Author

John Corwin has been making stuff up all his life. As a child he would tell his sisters he was an alien clone of himself and would eat tree bark to prove it.

In middle school, John started writing for realz. He wrote short stories about Fargo McGronsky, a young boy with anger management issues whose dog, Noodles, had been hit by a car. The violent stories were met with loud acclaim from classmates and a great gnashing of teeth by his English teacher.

Years later, after college and successful stints as a plastic food wrap repairman and a toe model for GQ, John once again decided to put his overactive imagination to paper for the world to share and became an author.

This third installment of the Overworld Chronicles is packed ful

This third installment of the Overworld Chronicles is packed full of action and is seriously entertaining. You will not want to stop reading, even at the end of the book. Lucky for us, there is more to come.

Once again our hero, Justin, is overcoming the odds and fighting for his life and his love, this time with the fate of the world on his shoulders. I love that we can mark Justin's character development throughout this series, from nerdy high school student to hero. He has had to go through many challenges to get where he is now, but his character has not changed, and he is an overall good guy, the kind of guy that is easy to like and easier to love.

When you pick up this book, prepared to be entertained, prepare to be enchanted, and prepare to laugh out loud. This series is a must read!
