I have been an RN for over 20 years, and a nurse educator for over 10 years. I purchase this book over 6 months ago to begin to prepare for my certification exam as I entered my final semester of NP school. I tried multiple times to complete questions, and ended up so anxious that I put the book away for months...the questions are set up 100-120 questions straight, before reviewing the correct answers, and the questions are worded so badly that I found myself reading them over and over again to answer them. At first I thought that I had a horrible shot at passing the exam, and became so anxious about test taking that I put the book away. When I answered questions in the Leik and Fitzgerald review books, I was scoring in the upper 80's to mid-90's on each section without any problem, while scoring in the 60's-70's in this review, in similar sections! After studying for an additional 6 months, I picked up this review again and wasn't scoring any better than I did 6 months ago! I just don't for the format of the questions, and I am finding that the more I try to use it, the more anxious and lacking in confidence about the exam I become! I think that it's going away for good! I am going to stick to the Fitzgerald Review and the Leik text!

Book is helpful but CD does not work.  Tried to get the problem fixed with the publishing company and was unsuccessful
