Meet the Author

Jessa Callaver is a novice American fiction writer. She has published four erotic short stories, and is currently in work on a number of projects including a contemporary romance novel - her first.

The guiding influence behind her work has been the question 'what if?' After that, all bets are off and fantasy reigns supreme. You will no doubt find smart wistful female protagonists in her books; women in different stages of life, of different dispositions and design, women seeking answers both within and without. And, being a woman of curious disposition herself, you should expect nothing short of a bumpy ride.

Her work is available online at Barnes & Noble, Amazon Kindle, Kobo, Diesel, Apple and Sony e-bookstores.

Connect with her on Goodreads, Facebook and on her website, where you can sign up to her mailing list (jessacallaver.wix.com/jessacallaver#!contact/c1kcz) for updates on her newest releases!

**Now available on Smashwords and Kindle, "Dara's Decision," the sequel to the sexy flash fiction short, "The Very Thought of Him"!!! And to celebrate the new release the original title is now free at all e-outlets (excepting Amazon Kindle) for the next two weeks. Pick up your copy of both today!

    nicely done!

Hot and story-based. Nicely done. Even despite the absence of a more suggestive and befitting cover. Good book.

    Enjoyed

A short erotic novella. If you have a problem with an eighteen year old girl having sexual relations with an older couple do not read. But truthfully most teenagers are more experiienced then most older people are comfortable with. Like i said i enjoyed the novella.

Josie is spending her spring break babysitting for the Sharps, a new family in town. While by all outward appearances the Sharps seem to be the perfect family, up close Josie finds herself in the midst of a cold and distant home. Eventually, Josie finds herself in a difficult situation when she comes between husband and wife.

Family Care lived up to my expectations from this author. The story was steamy, hot, and definitely sexy. The author has such a talent for words. Her writing is vivid and descriptive. She is able to get inside the heads of her characters and she does such a great job of bringing life to her characters.

Family Care is the longest story the author has out to date, and as a result, it is more in depth and more developed than the others. I really enjoyed Family Care and am looking forward to more from Jessa Callaver.

Erotic fiction on a familiar theme delivered with a unique voice

While this is a story premise I've seen a lot of, I thought the author did a really good job of making it fresh, mainly by giving the characters and the situations more depth. It's as much a coming of age story as it is erotica, and while there are definitely lots of steamy sex scenes, there's also an ending that makes it feel a lot more about how all three of the main characters figure out what's missing in their lives. The main character is really likable, and the couple she babysits for is really sympathetic too...you really want their marriage to work, which to me, added a lot to the overall story. Well written and executed, and actually almost a novellette, rather than a short story.
