    Delightful, enchanting book

Fancy Nancy is a delightful character that my young girls love to read about. The 7 year old girl I watch enjoys reading these books (and I enjoy hearing her read them) because of the higher vocabulary level. It is gratifying to see her read right through challenging words. Afterwards we make sure we go through the vocabulary for comprehension, learning many wonderful things along the way. In addition to that, the story is interesting and the illustrations enchanting.

    Very fun books

We love the Fancy Nancy series. We only hope that the author will continue writing stories that grow with our child. Our daughter has jumped up a level or 2 in her reading and I think it would be great to have books that build on Fancy Nancy's theme and also teach more complicated French. The books currently available are mostly for Level 1 readers. Cheers!

    Seeing Stars

Fancy Nancy has fun thinking about the stars and visiting the planetarium. Nancy uses more colorful words and tells you their meanings. The story gets pretty intense when you are not sure if they will make it to the night sky show! It was nice when the family makes their own sky show and has a lot of fun doing it simply! It made me think that when you are young simple things are sometimes the best. As a grandmother it made me reflect how when I was a child simple things were great. Fancy Nancy also taught us about the difference between stars, planets, and meteors!
