Overview

When one of their own ties the knot with a dominatrix (no pun intended), The Impalers—a vampire rock band—are ready to party down. But trouble awaits them once again when they wake up…

Attending their bandmate Saxon’s wedding seemed simple enough for Johnny Malone and Drake Hanover. But after waking up in a dominatrix’s dungeon, they realize their cash and cell phones have been stolen—along with the bride’s wedding dress and the groom. And then there’s the matter of the two women in the room…

Loose cannon Johnny is handcuffed to Lizette, an uptight paper pusher. She wants to help save Johnny from the horrible fate in store for him at the hands of the Vampire Alliance, but he won’t sign the paperwork. Then there’s Josie, the waifish caterer from the reception, who rescues Drake from a sex swing. Josie may be cute and make a great cupcake, but Drake knows she might also be the thief. Or it could have been that gang of drag queens all dressed as Cher…

Regardless, Johnny and Lizette need to get out of these handcuffs. Drake and Josie need to find their missing belongings. And Saxon needs to be located before the Vampire Alliance comes down on them hard…

Our Review, by LITERAL ADDICTION's Pack Alpha - Michelle L. Olso

Our Review, by LITERAL ADDICTION's Pack Alpha - Michelle L. Olson:

Another super fun read from Erin & Kathy!! I simply adore these books.

We met our crazy cast in The Fangover, book #1. That book had me shaking my head every step of the way and laughing insanely. In
Fangs For Nothing, a part of our IMPALER cast is back with some new friends and enemies, and once again a big black hole where
memories of what happened should be...

The Fangover gave us sex, blood, & rock-n-roll, with an alcoholic parrot singing Barry White, a priest in a bathtub, a curiously missing
fang, a couple of wedding rings, a newly made vampire, & an Elvis cookie jar topper. Fangs For Nothing tries to trump that with a Fetish
Dungeon complete with sex swing & handcuffs, a missing groom, 5 drag queen Cher impersonators,a gator wrestling Cajun caterer,
an uptight, French death investigator, and a whole lot of 'whodunit'.

Fangs for Nothing is Johnny (the Impalers' drummer) and Drake's (the Impalers' guitarist) tale. After apparently being drugged at their
buddy's wedding reception, they wake up irrevocably tied to two very unlikely women with a whole lot of WTH in-between. In order to get
some answers, Johnny pairs up with Lizette - a representative from the Vampire Alliance, and Drake takes off with Josie - a feisty
entrepreneur. Each couple tries to gather clues to figure out exactly what happened, but each piece of evidence just leads to more
questions, and every moment they spend together builds upon the attraction that none of them can ignore - no matter how much they
    might want to.

I simply love the premise of these books; they're ingenious in their creativity. Just like the Hangover movies, while it's very unlikely for
something like this to happen to the same group of people more than once in a lifetime, the fact that it has makes for an even funnier
story and greater depth of character.

Bottom line: If you're looking for a great light-hearted Paranormal Romance with some sexy rockstar vampires set in one of the most
intriguing cities of the world, then you simply must read THE IMPALERS books!

    Fangs For Nothing could
be read as a stand-alone, but I personally wouldn't recommend it. You will miss out on a lot of history
that makes the set up and incidents in Fangs for Nothing much more meaningful, and besides... The Fangover is laugh-out-loud,
stay-awake-all-night-reading awesome and deserves to be enjoyed! :)

A solid 4 Skull read. I can't wait for the next IMPALERS book!

Fangs for nothing was a fun read. I have always enjoyed reading books written by erin mccarthy. This is the follow up story from the Fangover. This story follows two of the band members Drake and Johnny. I really enjoyed the the characters in this book they were a hoot.
Drake and Josie were like the girl who wants to say no but the cute guy just wont give up. I loved in this book that Drake and Josie are are at first forced to work together which in the long run helps there relationship grow.

Johnny and Lizzete were a great match as well. Lizzete is following Johnny around because he made a huge mistake in faking his death. Lizzete is there to prove he is faking it or not. At first Johnny is annoyed by her but she starts growing on him.

This book gets interesting when all of them are drugged at Saxons party and the drama that follows. This story really kept my interest and kept me up reading late at night. I highly encourage you to read this book. The only one reccomendation i would have is to read the first book in the series. It would help in understanding the characters a little better.

** I did receive this book as an ARC from the author*******

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the paranormal books, and this was a great read for me. It was a real quick read for me. I laughed at part of it. I loved how Johnny and Drake are the main characters in this one. You are brought back to the band and see how Johnny, Lizette, Drake, and Josie find love. I just love Erin and Kathy's novels. Thanks for another great book.

Fangs for Nothing another hit! I love this book. Its a great sequel to the Fangover. Its hilarious while at times serious and filled with enough sexual tension to light the book on fire. The Impalers are at it again, partying too hard and always running into trouble the next night. Johnny gets a little payback for faking his death in the form of Lisette from the Vampire Alliance, whom he is handcuffed too. Drake has to deal with waking up in a sex swing in assless chaps while Josie is wearing his shirt, and no one can remember how they woke up in a Dominatrix dungeon. Another fun read that will keep you on the edge of your seat wanting more.

I really enjoyed this book from beginning to end. It was funny throughout with lots of sexual tension. It started with a wedding and one wild reception. That leads to Lizette and and Johnny handcuffed together with Drake in chaps in a BDSM swing and Josie Lynn wearing Drake's shirt. No one remembers anything from the night before or how they ended up in the bride's dungeon, and that is when the real fun begins. It will leave you guessing until the end. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for something fun and highly entertaining.

Ever read a book that leaves you laughing, so hard your family l

Ever read a book that leaves you laughing, so hard your family looks at you crazy? Yeah, this is definitely the book that did that to me.
I read the first book, The Fangover, and when I read Fangs for Nothing, I was prepared for the same kind of storyline. I was not prepared for some of the craziness that Johnny and Drake dealt with in this book though.
Erin McCarthy and Kathy Love give you the sexy Impalers again, where they have no clue what happened to them the night before. They know someone drugged them again and they want to find out who and why they did it.
You get Cher impersonators, a dungeon (that involves a sex swing, an alligator, and someone wearing chaps that involve showing off the goodies), and of course so many other obstacles that involve the Impalers having to re-trace their steps due to not remembering anything.

This time it is Johnny and Drake from the Impalers that are falling in love with the most unlikely women, who are also confused from the night before. One of the women works for the Vampire Alliance, who is in town to investigate Johnny's death and the other woman works for a catering business, who got stuck with the Impalers for some reason.

I loved this book due to its storyline and of course this time it was Johnny and Drake that got their story. I loved Drake in this book due to his personality and I loved how Johnny handled his dilemma with the Vampire Alliance. You will have to read the first book to find out what Johnny did to get him in this sticky situation in this book.

Both women in this book are what made this story even better. You have the stuck up all about the rules vampire and you have the human woman, who just wanted to make her mark in the world. Both of them are complete opposites to Johnny and Drake.

The best part in the book...was the very beginning. Seriously...I could not stop laughing on how everyone woke up after the night of being drugged.

If you like your paranormal romance with some humor, you will definitely want to read this book. I highly recommend you read the first though. Otherwise you will miss out on some of the other favorite Impalers that got their crazy story already.

I highly recommend this book and give it 5 full moons. I want some more Impalers already. I need some of these crazy New Orleans bandmates that keep me laughing at night.

I received a complimentary copy of the book from the Author in exchange for an honest review.

I loved this book! It is book 2 in the series and features Johnny Malone and Drake Hanover. Members of the band the Impalers and vampires. At the wedding of fellow band member and vampire, Saxon, to his Dominatrix girlfriend ,some crazy stuff goes down and they find themselves in the Dommes dungeon...with no memory of what happened. Johnny is handcuffed to the woman who is there to catalog his recent (faked) demise and Drake is in ass-less chaps and tied in a sex swing. And his shirt is on the caterer Josie Lynn. Come along on their journey to recover their lost night and the missing groom! Excellently fun! Hot and steamy!!
