Please Do Not Buy This Book.

Zines, also known as fanzines, are independently created and published homemade magazines on a variety of topics. They are produced at low cost and sold for low cost by independent artists and writers. Unfortunately, a great deal of the artwork contained within Fanzines was included without the permission of the original artists, and in some cases, mis-credited or not credited at all. Teal herself has refused to answer many of the emails sent to her in regards to this matter, and has ignored calls for apologies and / or compensation. To make matters worse, much of the information provided in her essays is blatantly untrue.
Please contact a local zine distro (distributor) with the help of Google and spend the money you would have spent here supporting independent publishing.
