    review of sample

    Not enough information to evaluate book or to buy based on a sample that just shows credits and a table of contents. Same problem as another book by the same author. I don' t understand why just a few pages are just slapped onto the sample section when it can make a big difference in whether people buy a book, especially when there are so many competing books on the same subject.

    Needs more in sample

    I bought the book because the sample doesnt give any examples of the nutritional facts. The information is in a grid that is so small you can barely read it. There is no index to tell you where the food item is that you are looking for, I should not have bought it without more information.

    Really!

    I cannot buy a calorie book withot a preview of the actual food display inside. What if I find it's hard to navigate? Show how it works. I really need an easy to read counter to help me shop and plan my meals. Perplexed in Fla.
