This book is what I have been looking for in helping my daughter to learn the correct way for pitching before her 20 week camp starts. She is a new pitcher with little training and has been doing very well, but now with instuctions you can see and read from the best it will help greatly.

This was a great book. IT really helped me out a lot. i hope that i can become great someday like Michelle Smith and Lisa Fernandez!! :0
