I think the book was written well, it details the top 50 foods to eat. Provides the reasons why a food is beneficial. I have been active my entire life and always seek out additional reading material on nutrition and health. One can always learn something new. I enjoyed the book and have order two others from this author.

Not quite sure how the previous "review" gave only two stars...for what reason? Perhaps next time the reviewer can add comments that might actually be useful. Providing a rating such as this without any detail is not only unfair to the author, it provides no benefit to anyone.
