    Year Round Diet Lifestyle

    Ann Louise Gittleman has done it again. She's providing information for life, not just a diet. This is a seasonal approach to health and well-being. Diet goes beyond just food, this includes exercise, and wellness for every season. The Fat Flush for Life includes the tools necessary to keep you healthy, thinner, and looking great. I think the best part of ALG's approach is the total effect. Anyone can write a diet book and teach you how to lose weight, ALG explains WHY, HOW, and WHEN! There is something for everyone in this book. A must have for anyone who wants to make the lifestyle change that they will stick with.

    Fat Flush for Life is unlike any diet book I have read; it throws the diet concept away and issues forth a lifestyle. This book will help you find the healthy and fit person in you by laying out some very specific things to follow. Ann Louise Gittleman has a plan for each season which allows you to maximize wellness and achieve healthy weight loss. Some of her ideas are outside of mainstream thinking-do not let this deter you,I have found huge success with her thoughtful and thorough work. I have successfully followed the Fast Track Detox Diet and the Fat Flush Plan and have learned what is right for my body(I have needed help since I was 10). This new book will help you discover the what, when and how of food, fitness and wellness every day of the year. Some of the new recipes in this book are fantastic too...
