This book is amazing! I read in almost one sitting as it really hit the target. Paula writes in a clear easy to understand formula to better health. I am amazed that so much of what we eat is not only unhealthy but toxic and filled with chemicals! My wife and I are implementing her holistic approach to nutrition to our lives. Everyone would benefit from having this in their library!

Paula Owens first book,&quot;The Power of 4&quot;, was the most complete, concise, easy to understand guide to good health on the market - before &quot;The Fat Loss Revolution&quot; was published! Now, the &quot;Fat Loss Revolution&quot; is even better, up dated, more detail, and even more information. The sections about nutrition, food allergies, food sensitivities, exercises and exercise routines, and supplementation are clear, easily understood and applied. The process of becoming healthy is not an easy, or simple, one, but this manual is the best aid out there, bar none.

Paula's new book has been a real lifesaver for me! This book rocks! I was struggling for years to lose weight and feel better and nothing worked until I came upon Fat Loss Revolution. The diet is not really a diet at all - just a healthy way to eat with plenty of good food. I've been doing the exercise programs too and have implemented many of the other suggestions in the book and I can definitely tell the difference! On top of that, my acid reflux I experienced for years has magically disappeared. Easy to understand and easy to read. I am going to purchase copies of this book for all of my employees.

Paula&rsquo;s first book, The Power of 4, was completely life changing and such an inspiration, I couldn&rsquo;t wait to read Fat Loss Revolution. Fat Loss Revolution is a healthy way to lose weight and a healthy way to live. It&rsquo;s only been 3 weeks and I can already notice the difference in how I feel and how I look. Paula teaches you how to eat properly (so many choices), the type of exercise to do (I love the clear illustrations), how to balance your hormones, lower inflammation, stimulate your metabolism and more. The recipes are delicious and I love the menu and 12-week check list. I purchased 4 books, one for myself and the others for relatives/friends.

I kept hearing about Fat Loss Revolution, and now I know why. I never knew it was as simple to loose weight as stated in the book. The author makes a lot of sense! I picked up this book based upon a recommendation from a friend. Over the past several months, I've re-calibrated my diet and lifestyle to be primarily Paleo - with the goal of losing weight, maintaining or increasing strength or energy, reducing cravings, and having consistent energy throughout the day. I've done an incredible amount of reading - Paleo Diet for Athletes, Practical Paleo, Primal Mind, etc. So, I had already a fountain of information stored in my head but I also found that there was some conflicting information... I think that what Paula's book has done is make quick work of the most important points, provided a wide view of many important topics, while also providing a resource that is highly readable and accessible for the lay person. Would highly recommend it!

I loved this book! I was so glad to see that there were so many helpful tips that I was never aware of to benefit myself and my kids as well. I have read many books on nutrition, diet and exercise, but I find the Fat Loss Revolution to be the very best. This book is all encompassing covering every component not only about fat loss, but overall health. I love the exercise program and all the recipes. The detox tips and the chapter on getting flat abs were 2 of my favorites. Paula makes this so simple to understand and easy to read.
