After trying every diet and diet pill out there this was the only program that I was able to successfully do. By following the program and walking 30 minutes a day 3 times a week I lost 20 pounds and 20 inches in 8 weeks. There are no 'special' foods to buy everything I needed was already in my kitchen I just had to learn the proper way to eat and exercise. This program really works!!!

I have been a nurse for over 17 years and I work out daily. I am 5-7, 125 pounds ( grandmother of 4) with a six-pack ab due to fat to muscle diet. Of all the diets and weight loss programs I have previewed, this one is by far the best. It is great for anyone and everyone. And best of all, it works.
