Meet the Author

Living in Annapolis, Maryland, I have always been an avid reader. Even though I am a mother, attorney, and wife, writing has really showed a whole new world to me. I greatly enjoy suspense, romance, and entertaining novels. After reading so many, I was inspired to write my own. "Fatal Reunion" is my first published writing. I hope it is an enjoyable story that will lead you to continue reading the Sarah Richland series. I've really enjoyed the experience.

    About 200 pages

I read the other reviews and was really impressed. I could hardly wait to start this novel. I started wondering as I read, if I was too hard to please and expected too much of authors anymore. This book was choppy. There are many left out and added words. It was in first person format. It seemed convoluted and contrived. Quite frankly, it bored me. Yes, there were some surprizes, one of which was the ending. The plot was unique. The heroine's personality had me wondering throughout the book if she was a lesbian. I am still not sure. This is a police mystery. There are not any adult themes other than some violence and murder. I really liked the honesty displayed. No humor. No religion. It seemed to me the dog was not very well taken care of and his needs were not considered. When he had an accident, his owner was all bent out of shape. Does the author really expect a dog to hold it for hours and hours on end? Poor dog. I am giving this book a two star rating, because of the unique plot and surprize ending. I will not be reading anything else by her.

    Never saw that coming!!!

Excellent read!! The ending was a complete shock!! This the first book I've read by this author & I can tell you she has become an instant favorite, and that's not easily done. The only 3 other I can say that are my favs are Douglas Preston, Lincoln Childs & John Saul. Highly reccomend this read!!
