First of all, let me just start out by saying I am finally glad someone said it in a book--weight loss doesn't have to equal deprivation! Also, I have tried, just like the author of this book, just about every diet under the sun, only to have them fail. After reading this book, which is both candid and honest, I am done spending money and time and effort on diets that, in the end, make me fatter and lower my self esteem. I am so glad I found this book and that it works! Five pounds down and more to go! This is one I'm sticking with!!!

Dieting can be such a drag, but, hey, you gotta do it. When I ran across this book, I didn't know what to expect, to be honest. But now, after reading it and implementing the suggestions, I am so glad I took the chance. What the author says is true and just making a few adjustments and not depriving myself was the key. Thanks so much for this one. It's been a waist saver!

If you are looking for an overly complicated way to lose weight, then don't get this one. It's not that. It's simple, effective and--guess what--you actually lose weight if you listen to what the author is saying! Wow--it's that simple, huh? Also, I didn't get the dizzy headaches that normally accompany weight loss. I highly recommend this one.
