Meet the Author

Mr. Sanders has more than 30 years of military leadership and management experience. Additionally, he has over 15 years in the financial services industry. He has also worked as a federal employee within the Department of Homeland Security.He has authored The Right Track workbook designed to provide helpful common-sense, budgeting, credit, and money management to teenagers and young adults. Basic money management skills, how a budget works, and personal discipline are the bedrock on this functional tool.He has attended many classes on financial literacy and employee benefits. The attendance of these courses combined with the unique challenges and privileges associated with being a federal employee has helped him develop a defined set of planning priorities for attendees of his federal seminars and students in his classes.He is the director of The Benefit Coordinators. It’s parent organization is an educational vendor approved by the General Services Administration and available to any employee or agency of the United States Government. Mr. Sanders is also a National Sales Manager for IHC Financial Group. His responsibilities include traveling extensively teaching both financial professionals, benefit managers, Federal Employees, Postal Service personnel, and active military members the concepts of basic financial responsibility. To date his classes have educated over 15,000 governmental employees and military personnel.Mr. Sanders earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Texas. He maintains multiple professional licenses domestically and ab1road.
