Federalist Papers 1787-1788; written to support the new Constitution & is the single most important source for Constitutional interpretation. This is why the Federalist Papers are such an important document. The 85 articles were written in Old English making them hard to understand but Mary E. Webster did an excellent job of translating them into modern day English. This is a must read for anyone who wishes to better understand our Founders intent whilst writing our Constitution.
