“Maybe it's because women in L.A. are overly concerned with what they're eating, but when I opened my own dermatology practice, I started asking every patient to tell me about her diet. Over and over I heard variations on the same theme: "I know that my diet doesn't have an effect on my skin, but I seem to break out every time I eat [fill in the blank]." It didn't take long to notice some definite patterns and to realize I was on to something. Maybe food did affect the skin, despite what I had been taught in medical school?
The original version of the FEED YOUR FACE Diet was just a pile of papers held together with a binder clip. But before long, family, friends, and even my celebrity patients were clamoring for it. That’s because the results spoke for themselves: Skin looked smoother. Acne cleared. Rashes subsided. Even women who already had beautiful, blemish-free complexions swore that their skin looked more radiant than it had in years. Now you, too, can learn how to feed your face.”

So far I absolutly love this book!! I am on chapter 5 right now and have already began taking some of the advice I have read. Also I am going to stop wasting my money on my overpriced skin care line that I have been useing for a year to fight acne still with no results! Really easy to read kept my attention.
How great would it be if someone with genuine authority, impeccable education credentials, and years of professional experience, was actually willing to tell you the truth about looking radiant for less than $30? Pretty great, and lucky for us that is now readily available in "Feed Your Face." Full disclosure - I have been a patient of Dr. Wu's for almost 10 years (Dr. Wu is one of my favorite people, very kind, and she tells the truth in the most constructive fashion). "Feed Your Face" is a great mix of easy advice, a peek into celebrity food journals, and even a food guide taken directly from the menus of some popular restaurants. My favorite part is that Dr. Wu offers some simple basics on how your skin works with the choices you make. I was surprised to find dermatology such a page turner, before I knew it I was 90 pages in! In no time, you'll know better, which gives you the power to do better, and the results will make you look & feel better.
