Great book for all expecting or new parents!

Feeding my baby felt like such a mystery to me. I didn't know my baby was tasting everything I ate while I was pregnant. I also didn't know that by eating great foods while pregnant and nursing it would be easier to teach him to love those foods later on.

I especially appreciate the recipes and the tracking tool at the end of the book.
