I really enjoyed this short story. It was at once classic and completely new. Succinct yet uplifting. A great little read. Highly recommended. :)

I would love to say that Feeding the Vampire was good. I can’t say that.
I was sorta on the fence with this book. I know that it was a quickie and you get what you get. I was just really not feeling the story. It left me with there is just something missing. It was a pretty good story line and the characters had some potential.
I love vampire stories but at the end I felt like I was missing something. It would be great if there was another story after this that picks up were this one stopped. I would like to know more about Ivan and how he became to be and what he is really after. Is Misty more than a means for feeding and sex?
I loved the sex scenes. It was great to see Misty come out of her shell and find out that she really does have some worth. She is a pretty strong woman even though she hides in the background.
So this did have some good qualities and some bad. I was just left wanting more.

Well, I totally need a cigarette after reading this 'quickie'.
Do I wish this one was longer? OH YES! Jeffe told a really sexy and amazing dystopian type erotica story here.
Each character was somehow so fleshed out for a short story. I mean it went from being in the heroines mind, her taking the leap to feed the new vampire. To waking up to said vampire having tied her to his bed and him revealing that the towns people said he could keep her, because he wanted it in exchange for protection in the town.
Not one moment of this story wasn't sexy. I even got misty eyed when the lead female got a bit upset and overwhelmed.
Ivan as a vampire was brilliant. He was just that, a vampire. He wasn't weak and sweet--well, he had moments in the story. I mean he made the heroine tea. It was kinda sweet and it threw her off kilter a bit which was nice to see.
I love how perfectly dark and sexual Ivan was. I love how he wanted HER and so he just took her. She really had no out, but he showed her that it wouldn't be terrible being with him. I think he was lonely and saw a strength in her which he wanted to own and help grow.
God, I would poke out an eyeball to read more about these two! They were amazing. Again, Jeffe doesn't fail me!
