I guess I never knew the difference between being loved and feel

I guess I never knew the difference between being loved and feeling loved, and it took reading this book to realize the differences. And now I'm on a mission to make my kids 'feel' loved, to put my phone and computer away when I'm with them, to make eye contact and do whatever I can so that don't hear I love them, but feel that I love them.

Also, in my romantic relationships, I realize this is what I truly want. To feel loved. So happy I read about how I can go about achieving this feeling.

    Thank you, Dr. Segal!

After reading this book I am now able to keep my stress level in

After reading this book I am now able to keep my stress level in the 'e-zone' that Dr. Segal goes on to describe in great detail.

It's difficult to let everyone you love know it and now I know instead of letting them know, I need to show them my love and make them feel loved in this overstressed world.

I don't know of anyone that this book doesn't apply to.  I reall

I don't know of anyone that this book doesn't apply to.
I really liked the viewpoint the book takes on "feeling loved" versus "loving" and how you can improve this if your not "feeling" it.
The stories throughout the book keep the pace fast and make it a really enjoyable read.
