This book was purchased for me through my school when I was about 10 or 12 so about 17 yrs ago. I loved this book when I was a kid and as an adult it is still one of my favorites. Every page is a new feeling that a kid can relate to. As a parent now, it's important to have some sort of book about feelings that your child can relate to help them understand their feelings and I think that's what this book did for me when I was a kid. I would highly recommend this book.
