Editorial Reviews

Dr. John Brimhall
Feelings Buried Alive Never Die...is on of the best books I've ever read for changing lives. We recommend it to almost all of our patients. I have to order these books in case lots
Dr. Joseph Mercola
While quite a number of books have stressed the importance of feelings, many stop there, filling the rest of their pages with fluff. Truman's book, on the other hand, is packed with intriguing and useful information. For instance, among a number of other insights, she provides a very interesting chart on "Probable Feelings Causing Illness" that covers well over 200 illnesses.
Lorin Beller
"For anyone interested in attaining inner peace, which translates directly to more confidence and better personal and business decisions, this book and the 'Script' are vital. The clients I coach quickly improve their lives as they eliminate stale life patterns. Clear your roadblocks, choose abundance, and open your future."

Meet the Author

Karol K. Truman is a practicing therapist and Spiritual healer. She is dedicated to assisting people achieve emotional and spiritual well-being through resolving and healing their “core issues.” In her book, Feelings Buried Alive Never Die...(over 150,000 copies sold), she addresses the importance of resolving “buried” feelings, and introduces the concept of “Scripting.”
Mrs. Truman is an accomplished pianist and music instructor, having taught piano—until she started writing books—since she was a young teenager.
Thirty-eight years ago, the author started asking the question, “WHY?” She began searching for the cause of a particular health challenge. This first led her to an in-depth study of nutrition and weight control. Karol was later made aware of the importance of exercise and the role it plays in our well-being. This resulted in her, her husband and partners pioneering the mini-trampoline industry; manufacturing and distributing them world-wide. The subject of her first book addresses the benefits of rebound exercise. This book, Looking Good Feeling Great, was published in 1983.
Eventually, however, it became apparent to Karol that physical health was inextricably linked to emotional and even spiritual health. Recognizing this, Ms. Truman bacame involved in the ever-deepening study of the Laws of Cause and Effect—the principles that govern trans-formational healing and growth. Along with extensive and exhaustive research and study, she has also participated in numerous conferences, classes, seminars and workshops.
FEELINGS BURIED ALIVE NEVER DIE...is a partial compilation of the answers she found to the “WHYS.”
In her most recent book, Healing Feelings...FromYour Heart, Karol shares the wealth of knowledge and experience gained from her Feelings...Seminars, and from the thousands of individuals she has counseled since publication of Feelings Buried Alive Never Die....

I read this book in February of 2005. It was recommended on the oxy powder website as a weight loss help book! So of course I read it and ended up losing 35 lbs after that. It was certainly Holy Spirit inspired and lead me to an awesome path of healing and understanding the spiritual/emotional reasons for ailments. I recommend this book the most of all books that I have read, and I have read a whole lot of books!!! Blessings to you on your healing & discovery journey!

If you have used affirmations in the past, you will enjoy reading this. It is a readable, complete, step by step approach to clearing our past negative feelings that control us today. The "script" has cleared my fear of commitment and continues to release negative feelings that have been blocked in me.

This book is a life saver. I have recommended it to my friends. The 'Script' has helped me to let go of my anger and not to blame others for what has happened between us. All feelings whether good or bad are contained in our DNA. It is helping me now to remove the blocks that has kept me from attaining my goals.

Look at what is physically hurting and the emotional distress that is behind it. I refer to this book either for myself or friends weekly. It allows me to look beyond the ailment to what is really going on emotionally and addressing that which is at the core of the pain or disease. This book has literally become a life saver. It has propelled my spiritual growth through the warning signs my body has given me when I wouldn't listen. The book is very readable. Truman addresses the same areas as many metaphysicians but does so in a non-technical and non-threatening way that anyone beginning in metaphysics can understand.

I first read this book in 1993, at the one of the most difficult times in my life .It literally saved my life.I started to "Script" and I started peeling one layer after another of bittererness and abuse away, working on healing my life. I have used it in reference for the past nearly 20 years. It is one of the most important books I have ever read. I first read it in 1993. It literally saved my life. I started to "script" and started to peel away one layer after another of bitterness, anger and dissappointment. I have used it for reference for nearly 20 years Now I will install it on my Nook, so I will always have it with me.

I have had a copy of this book since 1992, so I'm glad to see an updated version. It has been great for diagnosing the real cause of simple ailments and treating them with a simple message (or script) to recite that replaces negative emotions with positive ones. I have even seen 'the Script' work for people who have never read the book. Becoming well could be as simple as changing your mind.

I have search for several months for a book that would help me with positive thinking and not just reading about it, but also with ideas to use and do for myself.

I was hoping for more when I purchased this book. I'm a therapist myself and was hoping to use this as another tool. I think the book is poorly edited which is a big turn off for me. Although I think there is some truth to emotional causes of physical problems, I am not completely sold on the idea of the Script either, its a nice idea, but I'm skeptical. But as in any therapy - different things work for different people.
