All Music Guide - Stewart Mason
Four years after their last major-label release, inspirational a cappella group Take 6 returns with their first self-released album. Street-corner doo wop, the more sophisticated, jazzy vocal arrangements of the Ink Spots or the Four Freshmen, and the smooth R&B blend of the Four Tops or Boyz II Men are all present and accounted for, and the material is both perfectly arranged and delivered with passionate, devotional intensity. Feels Good is a welcome comeback for a group that had been unfairly marginalized during its major-label tenure.

    Take 6 is back!!!

The long awaited return of Take 6 has finally happened. With thier new Cd, Feels Good, they reclaim their thrown as the kings of harmony. They have once again have shown how accapella is supposed to be sung. Their signature six part harmony sounds just as great as it always does in songs like Family of Love, Lamb of god, as well as all of the other songs on teh album. You can put this in your CD player and never have to skip over a song, because they are all wonderful. They mix jazz and R&B feelings with Christian lyrics and like the title of the Cd says, It Feels Good
