Sometimes life can alter certain changes that causes us to go through an irrational phase of wounds. Wounds we didn't know that we could have, wounds that we didn't know we could feel. Each day we find ourselves battling between our heart and our brain, wouldn't it be nice if they could both just be on one accord. It can actually happen. I'm a first-hand witness to it. The key to getting your brain and heart on one accord is to just sit there and FEEL whatever it is that you're going through. Don't ignore it , because we are human and as humans we are allowed to feel these feelings. Never shy away from what GOD planted in us. FEEL the rush.

About the Author

Born in Memphis,TN , the natural writer began her passion for poems in the 2nd grade where reading was her favorite subject. Being from a city where there are inspirational things happening everyday, it came easy. It came easy to just jot some words down on a piece of paper and then come back to it later. India is no stranger to the writing world, she has won many awards in school just for putting her thoughts on a piece of paper.
