Library JournalThe topics covered by Carson, a librarian at Cornell University, are feminist spirituality and woman-centered religion as they are manifested in contemporary goddess worship, or thealogy, and in witchcraft, after the manner of Starhawk and Z Budapest. The 739 entries are arranged alphabetically by author with short annotations. Specific subjects may be searched through the index. Materials in this field tend to be scattered, often in ephemeral and esoteric publications, and Carson has done a good job of bringing them together. Not a good resource for biblically based feminist theology or spirituality, although some works are included. Myriel Crowley Eykamp, formerly with MIT Libs.
