    loved it!

this is a really great book, it's really sad, I felt so sorry for Fenton. His sexuality is quite complicated because he doesn't actually want to have sex with anyone, but he does fall in love. It all seems hopeless for him until he meets a vampire who says he understands how he feels. The ending is hopeful, and I can't wait to read the longer books in the series.

Good short to make you think

This is a good short story that makes you want to read more. Right from the beginning you can tell Fenton's not going to have it easy, but his story is heartbreakingly hopeful. I plan to continue reading to find out how it ends.
