Meet the Author

Kevin Devon Howard was born on May 2nd, 1990 in Wurzburg, Germany with his twin, Devin Howard. He moved to Texas with his family in 1995 and enrolled in the Recess Creek Elementary in Killeen, Texas in 1996 where his writing career began in the first grade classroom of Mrs. Lorrie Davenport. Kevin has been writing ever since and graduated from C.E. Ellison High School in 2008. In the Fall He attended a semester at Texas State in San Marcos where he majored in English but due to mental complications he was forced to withdraw. Kevin suffers from three mental disorders: Paranoid Schizophrenia, Asperger's Syndrome, and OCD. Kevin unfortunately has an estranged relationship with his biological father, due to a bitter divorce between his parents, though he misses those nostalgic days of when his shattered family were united as one. Despite these numerous setbacks Kevin has maintained a Christian faith in God and continues to write to support himself and his physically handicapped mother, Linda Howard. It is but through the grace of God that peace has kept this young man on the fast track to success. As he always say "Life is not short, it's just fast; not get left behind."
