Meet the Author

Author and Certified Fitness Trainer Eric Suarez grew up in New Jersey and obtained a Bachelor�s degree in Sociology with a minor in Sports Medicine from Wagner College, New York. In 2007 he earned his personal training certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). After launching a successful personal training career in New York, he began working with a large influx of fibromyalgia sufferers who were looking to get healthy and reduce their pain. Being stricken with the auto immune disease ulcerative colitis, Eric understood the healthy benefits of exercise first hand. In 2010 he founded www.Fibromyalgia-Fitness.com, a free informational website dedicated to inspiring millions of sufferers to exercise. His free newsletter Fibro-Fitness is read worldwide. Good eBook program to get you started on a fitness plan if you suffer from fibromyalgia.  I have looked long and hard for something positive to do while waiting for some miracle. This system delivers. If you are sick of being tired and reading nothing but negative,  depressing things about fibromyalgia, this is ebook is what you need. It gets you to see how exercise and healthy diet can get you motivated to step in the right direction. No it's not a masterpiece , but it does the job. The diet and meal guide have led me to shed 7 pounds in 3 weeks.  It does take a little work, but like the ebook states, we must all become more active in our own fibromyalgia treatments.

A must READ if you have fibromyalgia, I found this book helpful, it was different than all the other books out there that just tell you what medication you may need. This is a fitness plan that works!

Somewhat recommend the Fibromyalgia Fitness NOOK Book (eBook) if you have nook type device. I do like hard copies of books when they are affordable. I do believe that Eric Suarez, CPT has researched his topic very well. I am putting the information I gathered from the book to use. I've seen minimal results so far but it hasn't been a long long time.

I got this book and it has nothing in it! I want my money back
