    Outstanding Advice

    I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 7 years ago. This book is the most comprehensive guide I have found. It was published in 2000, but I still find gems in it every time I pick it it. It is a compassionate, no-nonsense approach to managing this complex issue, and I give a copy to anyone I meet who has been diagnosed.
