    This cookbook is amazing!

    Not only does this cookbook have some of the best recipes I have ever found, it just keeps pleasantly surprising me each time I try another of its many recipes. From poultry and pork, to fish and pasta, to the cookies and the salad dressings - and everything in between. I mean, really, how often is it that you find a cookbook that has more than a few recipes that you return to again and again? The ones I love the most are: Grilled Chicken Salad which uses an easy and very tasty marinade with an outrageous spicy dressing. The Boonville Pork Chops which use another wonderful marinade. The Shrimp Scampi Provencal is unbelievably delicious. In the baking department the recipes for Ginger Crinkles and the Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies are so good that my copy actually opens right to that page. I also love the Fresh Cilantro Salsa recipe, and the Fiddlehead Vinaigrette dressing is committed to memory now. The book offers a lot of variety and your copy will definitely be as wrinkled and loved as mine!
