Great Recipe Book with very informative contents

I originally found this book in the library and loved it so much I had to buy it.

I made a bunch of recipes from this book and everything has been really good. The recipes are very easy to follow and include every day items, nothing too abstract. Each chapter talks about different things like, foods and their benefits, treating certain ailments with specific foods/recipes and of course the main recipe section. Was really impressed. Can't wait to make more goodies! Enjoy!
