As this book explains, in vivid detail, not all salespeople are out to trick you. But then again, many are. The ones that aren't still want to make a sale, and they will often hype up the worth of a product you might not need.
This book clearly states many sales tricks, and what an honest salesperson will tell you, as opposed to a dishonest one. I highly recommend this for anyone who feels they are overspending, whether at the car lot, the hospital, an auto repair shop or essentially, just about anywhere!

I was very surprised by the things I did not know. I have started following some of the suggestions and they are really helpful. I particularly like that he lists websites and companies that can be helpful. I am going to keep this book and if I run into any of the problems he lists I am reaching for this book first.
