    Worth it

I set out to learn to draw about nine months ago. This book has been a treasure in my ever growing library of how-to books. It teaches everything from placement of features to the steps to form the nose. The exercises are easy to follow and actually teach you about anatomy and proportion without forcing you memorize the name of every single muscle. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how to draw the human figure.
