    A Reccommendable Read

This book had clear information and helpful drawings. Any beginning skater or anyone interested in the sport should be encouraged to read this title because it clears up much often confused rules and levels. This book features all true information that many starters don't know. A brief history is included in the guide. Sports Illustrated: Figure Skating published this book years ago. This out-of-date book still includes figures, something no longer a part of skating. Figures is a set back to new skaters reading this book, but if read as a history lesson can still be useful. That is why I rated this book 4 stars.
