    Excellent and comprehensive.

    A must for anyone who needs to understand the basics of real estate finance. This book is particulary helpful in understanding "hurdle rates" and residual land value as the basis for decision making. The book will also be helpful to planners and public officials who need to be more aware of how developers and financiers make decisions about real estate investments.
