This book covers all of the essential of accounting and at a great price. Needs some typo corrections but the concepts and procedures are solid.

I can truly say that after carefully going through this book that all the basics for financial accounting are well represented in a nice, easy-to-read style. Financial accounting concepts and principles are explained quite well, along with excellent examples and anecdotes to help understand the esoterics. There are plenty of multiple-choice questions (with answers and explanations) to boot! I highly recommend this book to help guide anyone wanting to learn the basics of financial accounting. (I recommend it to my accounting students!)
