    If you are buying this for an Online Course Please Read

    This package does not have a code for the Course Compass web site used by some teachers of the Online Course. If you can deal with an electornic version it is included with the access to the online web site when purchased at Course Compass. Other than that it is a great deal for a hardback copy of this book.
