Christian Romances Based on Timeless Tales--'The Old Woman Who Lived in the Shoe'

Clare Snyder's husband died three years ago, leaving her with six boys, ages seven and under. The four youngest are quadruplets. When the new assistant pastor, Drew Young, tells her to get her husband to discipline her children, she knows she's not welcome at the church. He finds out about her situation and tries to help her, but helping someone get past their grief to live again is harder to do than either of them had expected. Finding a heart of peace can only be accomplished by realizing God's in control and life doesn't have to be lived in the past.

    Really liked this book

This book was good. It deas with grief and single parenthood. And how its okay to ask fohelp when you need it. That the role of the church is to encourage and help and not to judge and condemn. In the book God used ther tragic experiences to bring about healing. Good came out of the bad and they grew as people ready to accept the blessings God has in store for them. Good book.

    Excellent read!

Loved this book. Shows true morals.. and faith in God! If you want to read a romance, that is christian based, or if you are interested in reading something to uplift you spiritually after facing a loss, then this is an excellent choice. The story shows how faith and love go hand in hand.. that God has a plan in our lives even though we may be blinded by tragic events and grief. At over 900 pages.. as well, I was happy with the purchase. Look forward to reading more for this author!
